Baselogger is a clever piece of Windows software that allows you to manage a number of devices in the field. It communicates with field devices using an attached GSM Commander device. The software sends predefined or user defined commands to these units to control equipment and receives SMS's from the units. The received statuses are logged to a CSV file or an Access database. These statuses are also decoded and mapped to modbus slots that can then be retrieved by a standard scada system using the modbus IP protocol.
